This book has a note written to Jenny Lind in Hans Christian Andersen's hand, copied from one of his own poems called "The Mulatto" - It was searched for and finally located in London and bought by O.D.Y. to give to me as a birthday present in 1929. The elegant case was specially made and the plain little volume, seems to be very modest in comparison - but it is of great value + should be kept carefully as a treasure -
